I have a user who is registered on one of my SSIDs using the Meraki Authentication that says they received an e-mail saying their account will expire next year.
I've double-checked in the dashboard, and the account is set to never expire. I've asked the user to forward the e-mail to me, but they are out of the office at the moment so I have to wait to hear back.
In the meantime - does anyone know if there is a way to view messages sent from the Meraki Dashboard? I've searched through the Alerts page, but it doesn't offer any way to view previously sent messages.
Turns out it someone else on the team made a change and didn't let us know 🙂
