Issue with 802.1x connection to Macbook

Hello,

We have a Meraki set up in the office where we utilize our AD credentials to log in to the APs. We don't have any issues on laptops and the company Iphones, but the owner is our only mac user and his computer refuses to connect. I was wondering if anybody has seen a similar issue or have any ideas on what to try.

This is what the errors look like. We tried resetting the password for his AD account, forgetting network and reconnecting. Updating and restarting both APs and computer.

It used to connect just fine until we updated our password complexity requirements and now after changing his AD password to meet those requirements the connection will work for a little bit and then kick him off and repeat, and now we cant connect at all.

As he has the only Mac in the office its hard to troubleshoot whether this is a Mac issue or a network issue, so any information you guys can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

@ITMan1 Try removing the saved password from his keychain and see if that helps.

We have similar issue reported by multiple users. Their AD credentials work good in Phone or other computers, but it does not work on their own MAC. Issue was resolve after clearing keychains. I am not sure if this is one time or reoccur. Is this possible to prevent this issue ?

That seems to have worked for now, thank you. Hopefully it stays connected this time
