Different wifi signal strength of two SSID's

I have a network contains 10 AP's (MR33) with two SSID's, say, SSID-A and SSID-B. The users are getting different signals strength from the two SSID's, one is half-bar and the other is full-bar signal. In some locations, SSID-A is totally undetected and the other is still full bar. All SSID's are advertized in all AP's. All radio settings are default.

I've already opened a case in Meraki support but they haven't gotten back yet.

Any ideas?

I really appreciate if anyone can she some lights on this. TIA!

Hey folks,

Just an update. Meraki support suggested to upgrade the firmware of the AP's and voila, it resolved the issue.

I thought the firmware is automatically upgraded.

Thanks and keep safe!

@nealgs thanks for your reply. Both SSID's are being set to both bands(dual-band). The user's device is capable of both as well.
