ECMS Y CMSS Cisco Meraki and its lack of professionalism

Llevo ya varíos foros abiertos por este tema y no recibo una respuesta clara por parte del equipo de Cisco Meraki, aparte muchas veces no recibo respuesta....
Por un lado decir que me parece muy poco profesional el trato que estoy recibiendo
Yo pague la friolera de 1000$ por un curso de cisco meraki ECMS en la PLATAFORMA CISCO U SOLO ME SALE UN CURSO solo UNO (adjunto imagen) por otro lados los datos que dais son contradictorios unos con otros, si el examen es Cisco Meraki Solution Specialist (CMSS) porque poneís ECMS (entiendo yo que eso es el curso) por otro lado en el curso de Cisco U de 1000$ veo que faltan datos, mi empresa me a pagado el examen y necesito ir lo mas preparado posible y no recibo soporte ni feedback ni información clara , tambien se me dijo que podria usar el traductor en el examen, y ahora otra persona de cisco meraki me indica que no .Si lo importante son los conocimientos ¿que mas dara? hay mucho en juego en este examen... ya solo con el precio que vale y los cursos al menos que me salga el material completo o tener claro lo que va a entrar y lo que no. Perdon por el tono pero quiero dejar claro mi descontento con el equipo de Cisco Meraki, necesito ya una explicación clara, y saber si el UNICO CURSO QUE APARECE EN Cisco U incluye los 2 (ECMS 1 Y 2 ) o solo es el 1 que por otro lado si es solo el uno no se si si eso es todo lo que aparece en el examen... Porfavor solo pido una explicación clara con todo no hablar con personas que parecen bots y no dejan respuesta...

I can't take your disappointment, but at least I can give some clarification. Some time ago, there were two individual trainings, ECMS1 and ECMS2, which were the official preparations for the certification (CMSS). These two trainings were combined into one training ECMS (without 1 or 2). The CiscoU training contains exactly the official curriculum, which is the combination of ECMS1 and ECMS2 with some minor updates to make it more relevant.

Although this is the official preparation course, I believe it is far from enough to pass the exam. However, this applies to nearly every Cisco training and the corresponding exam. You still need lots of hands-on experience and spend many hours in the Meraki documentation.

Okay thank you thank you for the answer, someone to explain me at least how are the certifications, since each person tells me one thing, without getting an answer later ... I read the content that goes into the exam, could you tell me the exam as it is divided (type tests, practices) etc and how is the composition thanks in advance regarding the issue of the translator can be used? since each person tells me something different, it was just this some clarity, after having paid a good amount of money ...

Vale gracias agradezco la respuesta, alguien que me explique al menos como van las certificaciones, ya que cada persona me indica una cosa , sin obtener respuesta despues... he leido el contenido que entra en el examen , podrías indicarme el examen como se divide (tipo tests, practicas) etc y como es la composicion gracias de antemano respecto al tema del traductor se puede usar? ya que cada persona me dice algo distinto, era solo esto algo de claridad, despues de haber pagado una buena cantidad de dinero...

y luego por otro lado como puedo practicar con las camaras system manager etc... porque hay pracicas de MR, MS y MX en el curso pero de los otros 2...

I've never taken the Meraki exam, but if it's like the traditional Cisco exams, the test is divided into multiple choice questions, drag and drop, choosing more than one correct answer, and labs.

As far as I know, the Cisco exams are only available in English or Japanese, meaning there are no translations. In my opinion, it makes sense not to have a translation since most of the good materials are in English.

Y respecto a las camaras y al system manager como lo puedo utilizar ya que en cisco U hay labs de prueba pero ninguno tiene systems manager

These should probably only be objective questions, I don't see any possibility of emulating all products for use in the laboratory.
