Hello @Cesunti this could be caused by a number of issues, so I am afraid I do not have any definite answer for you, or something to try, without knowing more about the deployment and the configuration of the access points. The issue could depend on the model of access points (MR42 or MR84) or the version of firmware they are running, or possibly the way they are configured.
It would be best to open a support ticket with Meraki Support and allow them to examine your deployment, the firmware version, the specific features you have configured, and make any recommended changes, as well as make sure you have the standard best-practice settings enabled.
You mentioned you are new to Meraki Dashboard, so if you have never opened a case before, in the Dashboard go to Help > Get Help, and click "still need help" and submit an email case, and you will be able to describe the issue and tag one of the access points (does not matter which one) and they will pick up the case.
