Dear All,
I am new in Meraki.
I have a third party device connected to our network SW13 > Port 6
But they third party company tells that their device is not working
+ I do not even see any device connected to that port.
The third party company tell me that the device is on VLAN 800.
I need some help to understand how can we allow any VLAN to pass through that port 6.
SW13 > Port 6 configuration are as follow:
Port status: Enabled
Link Negotiation: Auto Negotiate
Port Schedule: Unschedule
Tags:
Port profile: Disabled
Type: Access
Access Policy: Open
VLAN: 800
Voice Vlan:
RSTP: Enabled
STP Guard: Disabled
Port Isolation: Disabled
Trusted DAI: Disabled
UDLD: Alert Only
The Uplink of this SW13 is Port 9
Port status: Enabled
Link Negotiation: Auto Negotiate
Port Schedule: Unschedule

Type: Trunk
Access Policy: Open
Native VLAN:
Allowed VLANS: All

UDLD: Alert Only
Security & SD-WAN > Addressing & Vlan

Client Tracking: Mac address
LAN setting: VLANS

Anyone can help on this please
Your MX does not have a VLAN800. Is it meant to be the default gateway for this network?
Dear @PhilipDAth
Do you mean default gateway for VLAN 800?
Do u want to know what is the gateway for VLAN 800?
How do we check the Gateway for VLAN inside Meraki?
From the information you have provided, nothing on the Meraki side is providing any layer 3 routing for VLAN800.
Hi Philip
Can we create a VLAN 800 or not ?
Can u advise?
Simple, if you want to allow any VLAN on a port, just configure it as a Trunk port on all the ports you want.
Hi @ghale, Just a heads up that I changed the title of your post to more closely resemble your question. This will help others find and answer it more easily. Thanks!
