Will MS Switches bought in Canada work in the US?

Die to better lead times, we are looking to buy a few PoE MS210 switches in Canada but ship them to our US office for use there.. will these work from there or there will be licensing limitations? as one APs bought in Canada we sent for replacement in a W Europe office didn't work there, while it worked in the US.

APs are only different in that they have regulatory domains for RF transmission. But you can still override that under network wide settings.

Switches don't care about where they live nor does licensing have any location relevance. They will work wherever you place them.

You should also think about Tax and customs that could be charged depending on the countries.
