My understanding is AVoIP is like any other protocol that works on IP so from basic sense it should work. Now whether there is enough throughput and other performance characteristics for your specific scenario is something I can't answer. If you provide some more info some members might be able to help, but you may also want to loop in your partner or Cisco SE for verification.
