Template can be used to organization

Hi we want to use template to change some configuration. My question is the template can be used at which level? such as organization, network or some individual switch? thanks

Templates are used at the network level.  A template can also contain a switch template, which can then be applied to individual switches in a network.

Not a template, but you could use the API to make org changes and come up with a template (script of changes) to apply. This depends on what kind of changes our are trying to make though and if they can be done with the API.
