Stack MS425-32

I have two switches model MS425-32 already place the cable stack (crossed between the switches)

I see the ports green, but the board shows me the alert "This switch is not connected to a stack."

thanks what I'm seeing in my switch that shows me;

CRC align errors        68        0           68             -

how can i eliminate this error ??

make sure your switches are online. and ports are configured correct as stack. if stack is build and correct up and working, and crc is still going up then maybe you got a bad cable.

Have you actually created a stack in Dashboard? Did you set the ports you're using to run as stacking ports?
