Hi,
is there a way so search for CDP/LLDP values, like a phone directory number in the global search field?
I could "only" get this work on the switchport page.

That is the only place it works. As it is a layer 2 Ethernet protocol, I can't see it working on anything other than an Ethernet switch port.
