RSTP on an Access Point port

Should I enable RSTP on a switch port connecting an Access Point?

Any thoughts?

It is configured as a trunk port with a native vlan.

Depends on you topology. If you have a single switch then I would say no. If you have more than one switch, can you share how the network is connected?

I would say Root Guard STP setting on the port the WAP is plugged into.

IMO rootguard is not appropriate here. For Meraki AP's you can set BPDUGuard on the port facing the AP as they don't send BPDU's and can be considered an end device.
