11.29 vs. 11.29.1

Hi, I did updates on all my networks with switch software version 11.29.

Just finished a new release appeared: 11.29.1

I did an update on some smaller networks but they didn´t restart. Maybe my switches are not affected (MS220, MS225, MS120, MS250) to be restarted?

Any ideas?

I did update all my switches from 11.29.1 to 11.30. No switch reboot was neccessary (no MS390 in use!). Everything works well.

Comparing the change logs, 11.29.1 seems only to bring support for MS390 compared to 11.29.

I confirm that switches running 11.29 did not restart. Probably only a numbering change not affecting these.

Kind of a big deal

There is now an option for both 11.29.1 and now 11.30 as 'stable'.

"MS 11.30 is identical to MS 11.29.1, but resolves a technical issue where MS390s may not upgrade to MS 11.29.1 as expected"
