Getting an port down Error on my Core Switch. Can anyone let me know what could be the issue. Please find below Attached event logs
Firmware version 14.33 and up-to-date as per dashboard.
How does the Cable Test look on that switch port? Are there any CRC errors?
Does not performed. Is there any option on Dashboard itself
What device is connected to that port? What happens if you connect a different device? Does it work OK with a basic device such as a desktop or laptop?
Connected device is Access Switch. Any other device not checked.
I wonder if you are having an issue with the fibre.
