PC connected to a different SSID

We have 10 pcs here in our company. All of them are connected to our network using LAN but one PC has a different SSID.

For example, 9 PCs are connected to SSID "Hello" but the other one is connected to "Hello 2". They have the same VLAN and belong to the same IP block. What do you think is the meaning of this?

It isn't connected to a different SSID, it is just that Windows has created a second profile for the connection.  You will probably find a remembered network of Hello on the same PC.  Delete both and reconnect to make it display Hello instead of Hello 2.
