New MS120

I just received an MS120 -8LP.   When I try to "claim" my new switch, it says "Cannot claim real devices into demo organization"

Also, I want to connect it to my network, but when I connected port 1 to my network, it err-disabled the port.

Here's the port config:

switchport access vlan 5
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 6
priority-queue out
mls qos trust dscp
no cdp enable
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable

all ports of meraki are trunks by default.  so they are sending bpdu,s.

 you have to remove bpdu guard

not sure about the demo .org... you created a new organization? and are not in the demo?

You should probably change port 1 of your network to being a trunk port, not an access port. You normally use trunk ports between switches.

@Peterja21 Re the demo organisation contact support and see whats going on. I cant find any information about a demo organisation unless you are actually trying to claim your device while i nthe trial dashboard which I highly doubt you are.
