Need add PC mac address

Hi Merakia switch port is connected to ip phone and PC. the access policy is open. My question is when i add ip phone mac to the access policy, do i have to add the pc mac address? thank you

That means we can put ip phone and pc mac in "Whilelisted MAC" window box together, right?

If the policy is "open" why do you need to list anything?
