Hi All. My eyes is set to MS130-48X and i was wondering if the 8 x 2.5 mgig port is auto sensing and can be negotiate to non mgig port with1gb data rate?

Yes, mGig ports can auto to 1Gbps or 100 Mbps

Can they definitely do 100 Mb/s?

Every mGig phy I've seen can go down to 100 Mbps. And it's a configurable value on the port.
