MX 120 Slow to accept and also run the ACL

MS 120 very slow to accept and also run the ACL.

1- I made an ACL on The MS 120 but it is takes long time to change the ACL.

it is about 20 min.

2-for example i made ACL  access to web service, after i apply it it is very slow now, when i make it Allow it is came back to normal, it is happening for ACL for port 1433 (SQL )172.18.0.0/24 IS MY WEB SERVER  RANGE.

@Kavethis should be posted in the switching forum.  I haven't used ACLs on L2 switches but they are supposed to work. 

Is it simply taking 20 minutes for the changes to take effect or is packet processing slow?

What firmware are you running on the MS120?

If you enable or disable a switch port how long does that take to actually happen, 20 minutes or much quicker?

Can you add the VLAN in the rules as all the examples have the VLAN in there.
