802.3ae is a bunch of standards for 10Gbe over fibre. You can check the SFP+ compatibility guide which lists all the specific combinations. You need an SFP+ to match the specific requirement.

802.3an is 10GBaseT. The answer is more complicated here, partly because of the number of models and the types of ports offered. Any of the models that say they have MGig ports should work.
MGig ports can auto-negoiate 1Gb/s, 2.5Gb/s, 5Gb/s and 10Gb/s. If you plug it into a NIC that can only support 10GBaseT it should run at that speed.
I say "should" because I have also heard of 10GBaseT NICs that fail to talk to auto-negotiating Mgig ports, however I have not had any first hand experience with this issue.
