Where can I get a replacement fan for an MS220-24p switch? Got one that's making ugly noises after almost years of service.

You can't, you need to open a support case and ask them a RMA.

Meraki gear isn't user serviceable with the exception of switches with removable PSU and fan modules which can be hot swapped out.

Make sure to do it quickly, the MS220-24p goes end of life on 29th July this year...
