I have a SWITCH Core catalyst 3560 and I want to migrate it to a Cisco Meraki MS210-24 SW. Is there a tool? And what SFP model should I buy for my MS210-24?Thanks for the help!

What sfp you need depends on what you want to connect. What distance, type of cable
