I'm not aware of any bugs regarding this, but we happened to be migrating from some older switches that had 10GB SFPs for interconnectivity. We are switching to MS150s with stacking so don't need them anymore. We got some MPs and some FPs and don't need all the 10gb sfps anymore.
In the process of installing, my field techs just moved the sfps over even if they weren't in use and me saying remove didn't always translate right. Well let me tell you, a 10GB sfp in an FP model somehow completely fudges up the switch. It will sort of boot, send some traffic to the Meraki cloud, but then just stop working. Factory resets don't help, local status page will eventually be inaccessible (but may still hand out dhcp). At one point I did briefly notice that despite being incompatible one of the 10gb sfps registered and the port showed it could run at 10gbs even though it can't
So I don't know whether it's software or hardware but a super cautionary tale. Support didn't really have a clue and we weren't ever able to download a support bundle so not sure if anything will come of it on that side but figured I'd let everyone know.
