MS120-8 local status page no access

I cannot access the local status page of the MS120-8 that I have set up.
① Assign an IP address to the MS120-8 via DHCP
② Check connectivity on the Meraki dashboard
③ Change the IP address of the MS120-8 to Static

Example)
IP address: 192.168.1.10
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS: 8.8.8.8

Connect the PC directly to the MS120-8. Accessing the following from the browser is also NG.
(Ping communication is possible from PC to MS120-8 (192.168.1.10))
 http://192.168.1.10
 setup.meraki.com
 switch.meraki.com

I used the following site as a reference for the initial setup, but I was unable to access the local status page from the start.

Hi  @zamisan.,

Are you not able to access the local status page via Management Port only ?

Did you try to use one of the LAN ports on the switch to do so, can you access the page this way ?

MS120-8 does not have a management port.

Have you tried setting a locally connected PC to 1.1.1.99 and attempting to access 1.1.1.100 in a browser?

I also tried accessing 1.1.1.100, but was unable to do so.
I was able to ping 192.168.1.10 from the PC (192.168.1.1) and also received ARP, so I think the MS120-8 has access to 192.168.1.10.

Here to help

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but we've had this issue before and ended up factory resetting the switch. It then worked. Try what the others said first. 100% worth a try.

If I were to reset it to factory settings, would there be a chance that this issue would occur again?
Is there a permanent solution or a fix version of the OS being released?
I've looked into various options but the only method I can find is to reset it to factory settings.

I checked the Meraki dashboard and the local status page is enabled.
