MS 390's fail, unable to be reached via the dashboard. Solution is to power cycle the switches.

Hello,

Have an ongoing issue.

Case Description: Both switches (stack) went down and took all the AP's with them. Unable to reboot from the dashboard (device unreachable) and had to engage on site contact to powercycle both switches. This has happened to multiple switches over the past couple of months. The event logs are not laden with information. Is there a known reason why this occurs? The MX router did not go down, just the switches. Looking for direction as to determining a root cause.

Only 2 switches in stack.   This happens on a regular basis in many locations. No common factor to the reasons why this occurs.

Running 14.32

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It is a common issue with the MS390 switches (use Google).
