MS 12.x release train available

Additions are a process to deal with MAC flap and loops but the ARP entry expiring on L3 is still a known issue...

I can´t see any advantages or technical inventions for a major release step from 11.x to 12.x

If I wanted stability in my network I would not be deploying an MS390.  The release notes give a hint to the number of bugs with supporting this new platform.  I bet there are a lot more this early on.
