There are many reasons it could have failed. Can the switch still reach the internet? DNS working?

Given the amount of configuration, the easiest thing may be to remove and re-onboard the device. You can also call support and they may be able to help you troubleshoot further.

Here are the removal instructions: https://documentation.meraki.com/Cloud_Monitoring_for_Catalyst/Onboarding/Cloud_Monitoring_for_Catal...

The most likely fix will be to re-enroll it in the Meraki Dashboard.  Sometimes the 9300's just drop out (I know you have a 9500).

Once you have it added back, check out your IOS-XE version.  Perhaps there is a newer patch level available.

I've found the monitored 9500's can be a little flakey connecting back to the dashboard after upgrade/reboots.

You can do some small amounts of troubleshooting yourself:

I've also found sometimes that just 'time' allows it to eventually connect.
