Linking two Meraki MS250-48FP Stacks

Hello all!  Have a scenario I need some advice on.  We will be creating two switch stacks of Meraki MS250's in a new building.  Stack A will have a connection back to our core switch 1 and Stack B will have a connection back to core switch 2.  Is it possible to connect the two stacks to each other just in case we would lose fiber connection back to one of the core switches without creating a loop?  Trying to figure out how to keep one of the stacks connected if we would lose a connection back to one of the cores.

Although what you are saying is possible, it is bad design.
If you are doing looped connections on your access layer switches you will always have a blocked by STP link.

If you have 2 separate closets in the new building you should endeavor to have both closets connect to both core switches with an uplink port-channel (aggregate).

Are your core switches a stack (logical or physical) or are they two separate entities?
Are those core switches in a separate location?

If they are in a separate location and you only have a fiber bundle between core 1 location and closet 1 in your new building and conversely only have 1 fiberbundle from core 2 to closet 2 and fiber bundle between both closets you should consider using a fiber pair loopthrough from one closet to another so they can still be logically connected to both core switches.

Core switches are in same room linked together via port channel.  After reading your reply I totally got it.  Stack 1 with aggregate connection to core 1 and 2 and Stack 2 with same aggregate connection.  No need to link the two stacks together at all.
