LED light colour on Meraki Uplink SFP port

Hi everyone

I have a Meraki MS250-48P switch that i've connected to a new circuit. I'm using a MA-SFP-1GB-LX10 SFP on the uplink port for connectivity. I can get internet access but i'm not getting the full 1Gb internet speed. I think the meraki cloud is blocked at the main site at the moment. 

I have however noticed that the LED light is orange. Is this correct? When I log in via management the link is showing as 1GbFD. The ethernet port LED is green so i'm wondering if there's an issue here or actually correct.
