Connecting ms425 to hpe M-series switch

I have to connect a HPE M-series switch to a ms425 10m AWAY with 40gb.

Is it possible to connect by 40gb DAC that is supported by meraki and HPE ends.

Or do I have to go for 40gb meraki sr4 qsfp and HPE sr4 qsfp over fibre.

That would be a dearer option I'd think.

@Marsrock2021 you are unlikely to find a passive 40GbE DAC that runs to 10m they normally max out at 5m.  Active DACs are really finicky so I'd go with two transceivers and a 10m OM4 patch lead for this connection.

@Marsrock2021 : yes you can go ahead with the 40G DAC cable but are you sure it is compatible with Meraki ( that is important). Second option is feasible of course. I am afraid of the DAC cable with 10m which i think not available.

I saw one of the 40G DAC cable with 3M is compatible with Meraki as below
