Blocking switch port using Meraki's API

Hey,

I have a particular use case where I am required to block specific ports of switches(automated in python).

Is there a way that I can do that? I.e., block a specific port of a switch using Meraki's API and achieve similar behavior to provisioning a client's policy(https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api/#!provision-network-clients) only for any client connected to a specific switch port?

Thanks!

p.s.

Is there a way to do that manually in Meraki's dashboard?

There is a mac whitelist on the switchport settings. You can edit that if you know the mac address of the client
