About the cause of log output

Hello
Although it does not occur frequently, the following logs have been logged and an alert email has been sent.

What could be the cause of this log?

 

Although it is an Active / Standby configuration, wan1 is currently Active.

 

***alert mail log***

There have been a total of 2 failover events detected:

At 09:35 AM JST on Dec 15, the security appliance switched to using Internet 2 as its uplink.
At 09:35 AM JST on Dec 15, the security appliance switched to using Internet 1 as its uplink.

***Event log***

Dec 15 09:35:52 Change primary uplink status uplink: 0
Dec 15 09:35:29 Ethernet port carrier change device: port1, carrier: true
Dec 15 09:35:18 Change primary uplink status uplink: 1
Dec 15 09:35:18 Ethernet port carrier change device: port1, carrier: false

This case has been resolved. It was said that the cause was a momentary interruption on the WAN line side.
