MS120-8 switch ports not showing up in CER

MS120-8 switch ports not showing up in CER

Does anyone know why the MS120-8 switch ports will not report into Cisco Emergency Responder(CER)?

All our other switches report, MS225, MS410, etc.

The MS120-8 switches have static IP addresses that have been added to CER.  We have performed a manual locate of switch-ports on all those switches.  They still do not show up in the switch port details within CER.

 

Thoughts?

That would probably be a question for the Cisco CER team.

 

You could try posting a question about CER in the Cisco Enterprise forums - but I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope.

What's the firmware version of the switch? Seems like it requires at least MS 11.22.

Yes all switches running latest Firmware of 11.22

Looked a little closer and the MS410 switch port do not show up either, then after more digging found this from Cisco:

This shows list of supported switches.  The MS120's and MS410's are not on the list.  Now the question as of why they are not supported, could still be answered.
