I think there's an error in the notes. Checking with PM for correction.

New here

We have 19 MV cameras, after upgrading the firmware to this version, we some cameras stopped working.  This happened, 20 March 2023.  After the upgrade, around 9 cameras stopped working.  After a few weeks, 4 cameras came back fine.  As of today, 5 MV72x cameras are still not working.

Current situation:

- 4x Faulty cameras still have network connectivity.  We can still ping it and power is up.

- 1x Faulty camera was taken off and was reset.  It was placed back to where it was mounted before but no connectivity anymore.

- 5x Faulty cameras are no longer working for 4 weeks and causing a lot of security issues on our physical assets.

What we did so far together with the supplier:

1.  Power off the MV72x via PoE on Meraki switches

2.  Restart the Meraki switches around 3 times already

3.  Open Access policy on the Meraki switches from sticky mac

4.  Waited for more than 4 weeks as Meraki promised that it's going to come back up eventually.

There is now a pressing concern about physical security within the area and Meraki cannot give an ETA.  We are now looking at finding a replacement using the Verdaka solution as Meraki support is hopeless and doesn't like to stand by their product.  Meraki doesn't even want to replace 5 cameras that are not working due to firmware updates even if all are still under warranty.  HOPELESS!!!!!!!!!

@RBu 5.3 has been released to fix the issues you had, hopefully you can get it on them, or have got them replaced 🤞
