Is there a way to show the network information for a camera (IP address, switch and port location) as displayed on the Meraki dashboard?

No. The goal for Vision Portal is to deliver video to users in a simple manner. Details on camera config and visibility into the infrastructure is beyond the scope of what VP was built for.
