Meraki Mv72 and MV72x with non-Meraki switch in Meraki Dashboard

Hi,

I`m pretty new to CCTV stuff, so I probably have a pretty basic question;

we`d like to get several MV72 and MV72x cameras and I`d like to know, if we would still be able to add them to and access them from our Meraki Dashboard, if we use non-Meraki switch to connect them (we have some other Cisco, HP, Dell and Planet switches available)?

Yes you can.

Only meraki mt products depend on BLE from meraki Camera or meraki AP.

All other products  can work seperately

As @ww said - they should work fine, but you'll need to configure your existing networking gear to allow the MV cameras access to the necessary Meraki resources in the cloud   (PoE,  DHCP & routing, DNS etc. )  Plus any firewall rules necessary - shown under Help > Firewall info in the Meraki Dashboard.
