Meraki Display app in Apple School Manager

I'd like to be able to push this out to managed Apple TVs that we have in our district but I can't seem to find it on the Apple School Manager store so that I can purchase it, push it to my JAMF School MDM, and then the Apple TVs themselves?

Am I just missing it or is it not published there?

I don't know the answer.

Do you need someone to add it to your Apple School Manager store first, before you can select it?

I wasn't able to find it either, but using the App ID found it. Search for "1617879113" and it'll appear.
