Meraki Camera - MV22-HW don't work in wireless network

Hello Cisco Meraki Community. 

 

I have a problem.
I trying connected the meraki camera in wireless network but don't work.
In meraki dashboard appeared all information the wireless lan from my office but when I remove the Ethernet cable the camera it does not authenticate to the dashboard again. 

 

Does anyone know what may be or have had this problem?

Thanks for the answers.


Yes, the camera is powered by a power injector and the credentials are correct.
Magically she authenticated herself after 12 hours.


I will take the case as concluded.

Kind of a big deal

When you remove the ethernet cable, does the camera still have power? Assuming your obtaining power for the camera from a non-poe source? If so, are you certain your password is accurate for the wireless network you are attempting to associate to?

When you boot the camera does the flashing light indicate it's looking for a WIFI network? As @NolanHerring it must have power if it is not plugged into a POE port.

In that case your best bet is to probably just perform a hardware reset on the device to 'shake it loose' from any issues it might have. Take care!
