MV52 Vehicle Detection, purple box unstable

Hello!

I need advices about functionanility of Vehicle detection in Meraki MV52.

First at all, I need to explain that I'm integrating MV cameras with V-App application, where V-App is using the information obtained from Meraki detection for show Vehicles Plates. When Meraki detects a vehicle this one will be enclosed by purple boxes, then V-App will use those boxes to take a photo of plates.

I noticed that the Purple box in Meraki is fast appearing/disappearing into the monitor, as a result, the V-App is is not working properly.

How can I configure this boxes to be more stable?

I'm not familiar with V-app.  Perhaps try reaching out to their support.

Are you able to clearly see the number plates yourself when looking at the camera video?

Ideally you want to get the camera as square on as possible to the vehicle you are reading the plate from.  And ideally not to high.  You want a patch where the vehicle has to slow, like in an entrance.
