MV-72 flashing blue light on boot.

Hello;

 I have a MV-72 that I am trying to install with an 802.3AT POE injector. For some reason, the MV boots into a blue flashing light, which according to the installation manual says it is looking for a wireless connection. I tried it into different ports on the switch it is connected to (also other cameras are connected), but no luck.

Any Ideas?  Thanks in advance

Kind of a big deal

Try to perform a full factory reset on the device and report back.

If you plug a notebook into the same cable does it work?

Have you got a PoE switch or a different PoE injector you can test with?

I assume the overall cable run is less than 100m including patch leads?

I'm thinking two potential issues:

* problem with PoE injector

* problem with cabling, such as attenuation is too high

I am going to test the camera on another network with a known good switch and a good cable, I will update tomorrow. Thanks for the input.

It was actually the cable that came from Meraki with the camera that was bad. I have never seen that before. Thanks for everyone’s help!!
