Cannot get the camera work. The Meraki Camera says Cloud Stream Unavailable

HI guys,

 

Did anyone experience this with MV12W Meraki Camera. It says Cloud Stream Unavailable when using the local LAN connected to Meraki Switch. It's working on the HQ Lan though

Getting noticed

I had a similar issue yesterday with a MV71. For me the issue was I mistakenly had DHCP turned off on that subnet, and I had not yet added that VLAN to the trunk ports to get back to MX. Also make sure you are plugging it into an access port and not a Trunk.

Kind of a big deal

Sometimes cycling the port connected the cameras helps to get it to reboot and re-checkin as well.
