Blink Camera system won't connect to Blink Servers

The sync 2 will not communicate to the Blink servers through my current MX110 settings.  The unit works flawlessly when not on my Meraki network.  I am sure the firewall, content filtering, and protection settings are the cause but I cannot and do not know what to look at and change.

The BLink communicates to AWS servers in the US.  I have the majority of countries outside the USA blocked.

Here you will find everything you need.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You could whitelist the blink device > reconnect the blink device. Then it bypasses firewall and amp. (Not ips)

If it still not works then its probably  the ips (it should show up in the security center/event log)

If you have traffic analysis on detailed, then you can find to where it connects to.

I'd be tempted to run some packet captures on the LAN interface too, filtered for the camera's MAC (or IP, if it's a hop away) to see exactly what traffic is generated.   You can then potentially compare the same to what you see on the WAN port
