About External RTSP

If 3rd Party NVR will access to MV21 by external RTSP, am I able to set the authentication for user and Password?

There is no authentication protection on the RTSP streams via the camera interface.

You could filter it with an access list on a Meraki switch or a firewall.

Only the second generation cameras models (MV12, MV22 and MV72) support RTSP.

I don't know what the software developers have planned.

I would use the Make a Wish feature in the dashboard to request it and follow up with your Meraki rep on it.
