Meraki MT15 connection to MX68W

I have a network where there is only one Meraki device: MX68W. Can I use this MX as a gateway for the sensor by connecting MT15 directly to MX68W PoE interface?

The MX68W security appliance cannot directly connect to MT sensors as a gateway.  The PoE would only provide the MT15 power and not the gateway connectivity.

To use the MT15 sensor with the MX68W you would need a compatible Meraki MR or MV device listed above to serve as the gateway to connect wirelessly via Bluetooth Low Energy and transmit data to the Meraki dashboard.

Ok, that was what I thiught also. It is a shame that direct eth-connection can’t be used to send data to dashboard.
