MT10 not sending MQTT messages

I have a MT10 connected and MQTT broker setup. An MT15 and a Button is also connected and both work sending MQTT messages. The MT10 is connected and I can read data via the API but no MQTT messages come through from it.

Is there some setting I am missing or how should I troubleshoot this?

Managed to resolve the issue. The MT0 battery had died but the device still registered on the console as connected. Fixed by connecting a USB power supply.

Are the MT15 and the Button connected to the same MV/MR Gateway?

Just asking because the MV/MR need a certain version in order to support it.

Minimum firmware requirement:

  • MR - 28.6+

  • MV - 4.16+

Hi There,

Could you please verify if you have it setup as per our guides?

Is firmware up to date?

The most common issue will be the misconfiguration on the broker or in dashboard, please make sure everything is correct and no traffic is blocked. If all is verified to be good and you still can't see the MQTT messages I'd recommend to open the ticket with the support so they could check the backend logs.
