Data storage duration and access limitation

I have two short questions regarding Meraki MT sensors.

1. How long is the data available in the Dashboard? Can we also access data from month or even years ago?

2. Is it possible to limit access for certain users only to certain sensors (e.g. by tag) and also deny access to the rest of the network (wireless, switching).
