Can External sensors' data through API be displayed in Meraki dashboard

We are in need of implementing 2 external sensors - O2 depletion and Hydrogen fluoride sensors ( which is not available in Cisco Meraki) and wish to see all data in a single dashboard  and will be good if Meraki dashboard has an ability to show data of other external sensors along with MT sensors which is installed in our environment. Is that possible or do I need to take help of external tools like Grafana?

This is not possible. For this use case, I would take your alternate approach of putting everything into an external dashboard.
