I was looking for more information

I would like to setup a connection to azure for my wireless. I'm running meraki radius server currently.
We do not use the full-blown version of Azure. We only use it for authentication. 
I would love it to handle wireless access and nothing else.  I think I read it would grant access to the dashboard.

Can you clarify what you are trying to do? Connect your onsite wireless to Entra AD, AD DS, or an Azure VM running Windows Server?

A vMX will get you a Meraki SD-WAN connection into an Azure network, but only a Windows Server provides radius via NPS. Entra AD and AD DS do not offer any radius directly.
