mx policy l7 and amazon s3

hi all, I have a shared folder in my local network and I have a port forward in this server I apply group policy to deny any traffic not to from Jordan and I have s3 amazon backup and I need the server to sync with amazon but the policy denies the service because the service needs amazon server. any there any solution without deleting the policy, any there any suggestion.

if I add amazon ips in THE L3 POLICY ALO ANY ANY, IS WELL L7 BLOCK IT?

It would still block it.

You could just block high risk countries instead.
