limit a individual client bandwidth for certian url's
Is there a way to set limits on individual clients. There a few clients that use a lot of bandwidth and I would like t limit the bandwidth they can use on certain url's (youtube.com) on the MX84. I only want to limit a couple of clients without affecting the rest of the network.
